Bradley Cooper and Renée Zellweger on a Date?

That Bradley Cooper certainly gets around. Last weekend he was in Paris, where he fended off rumors about a possible relationship with Jennifer Aniston after they were seen together in New York.

Then, Tuesday night on Manhattan's Upper East Side, the Hangover star, 34, was seen with Renée Zellweger, 40, at the Italian restaurant Antonucci.

"She didn't really eat much, but he ate," someone in the restaurant told PEOPLE, adding that the two looked like they were on a date. "They were very flirty. Either he's being very gentlemanly, 'cause that's the way he is, or they're dating. He paid. He pulled out her chair, that kind of stuff."

While her Golden Globes outfit still continues to generate much morning-after talk, Renée Zellweger can be found remarking upon the subject of marriage.

In a much-discussed union of her own in 2005, the Oscar winner, 39, was very quickly married – and just as quickly separated from – country star Kenny Chesney. In all, the marriage lasted four months.

As for the prospect of walking down the aisle again, Zellweger tells Marie Claire magazine for its February issue, "I never say never about anything, because I look back on my own personal history and it shocks me."

Renée Zellweger Reflects on Cancer Scare

A breast cancer scare and a close friend's cancer diagnosis led Renée Zellweger to her latest role – TV producer.

In 1996, just after she shot to superstardom in Jerry Maguire, the actress found two lumps in her breast. They turned out to be benign, but, "I had a weird couple of days waiting for the phone call," she says in the October issue of Self magazine.

Breast cancer touched Zellweger's life again when her close friend and publicist, Nanci Ryder, was diagnosed with the disease. Ryder beat it when her friend, philanthropist Lilly Tartikoff, took her to see Dr. Dennis Slamon, the renowned UCLA researcher who worked against all odds to help develop the life-saving breast cancer drug Herceptin.

So when Zellweger – who went onto become an anti-cancer activist – was asked by her Chicago producers Craig Zadan and Neil Meron to executive produce the Lifetime movie, Living Proof, about Slamon's fight, she jumped at the chance.

"We've both been very successful at it," Clooney joked. (He's divorced, and Zellweger annulled her marriage to Kenny Chesney after four months).

Working with longtime pal George Clooney in the 1920s football comedy Leatherheads – which Clooney also directed – was a "no-brainer" for Renée Zellweger.

"I heard George was making a movie and I said, 'When?' If he had asked me to make peanut-butter sandwiches for the catering, I would have said, 'Crunchy or smooth?'" the 39-year-old actress says in the April issue of InStyle of the film, which also stars The Office cutie John Krasinski. "It's never less than great with him. And poor me, I had to watch guys throw a football all day ... Talk about living the dream."

Renée Zellweger had crowds buzzing at the London premiere of the animated Bee Movie, where she chatted about her fitness regime.

"I have a lifestyle," she told reporters Thursday night. "It involves keeping my sanity by going to the gym."

Zellweger, 38, cut a slim figure on the red carpet, but said she doesn't miss her Bridget Jones look. "I don't think my curves are absent," she said with a laugh. "I think I'm doing alright, thank you very much."

The Oscar-winning actress also talked about shooting the upcoming movie Leatherheads, which costars George Clooney.

In fact, she was full of praise for her longtime pal, who also wrote and directed the film. "He'd run the length of the field all day long with the 20-year-olds, then put on his director hat and he'd go edit," she said. "It was non-stop. He loved this movie."

For Renée Zellweger, peace and quiet are golden.

"I'm not a big scene girl," the Cold Mountain Oscar winner, 38, tells Harper's Bazaar for its December issue. "If I see the scene once a year, that's more than plenty."

A perfect night for Texas-born Zellweger? Staying in and watching CNN, apparently. Newscaster "Anderson Cooper would probably be involved at some juncture," she says.
