Jersey Shore Will Return for Season 6

Get ready for gym, tan, maternity clothes on Jersey Shore.
Following speculation about whether or not the show would be renewed for a sixth season, all seven cast mates – including a pregnant Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi – are set to return to Seaside Heights, N.J., during this summer to begin filming, according to a press release from MTV.
"The house dynamic is headed into unchartered territory as their lives outside of the 'Shore' take off in exciting new directions," the network says.
"While things will definitely be a little different this time when they hit the boardwalk, their trademark hilarity and family dysfunction will remain the same."

Home is where the heart is. But for the Jersey Shore crew, it's also the where the fighting, drunkenness and general mayhem are.
Arriving in New Jersey after a season in Italy, the cast of the MTV show spare little time getting back to their wild and crazy roots, judging by the just-released trailer for season 5, premiering Jan. 5.
Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino and Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi get into a major fight. Vinny Guadagnino announces he's leaving the shore house. And a huge bar brawl erupts in Seaside Heights that leaves Sorrentino bleeding.

Jersey Shore is back!
You've seen the trailer for season 4 of MTV's hit reality show, which premieres Thursday (10 p.m. ET), and Ronnie, The Situation, Pauly D, Vinny, Deena, Sammi, JWoww and a slimmed-down Snooki are bringing their brand of fun and drama – expect fights, romance and even a car crash! – to Italy.

Italy may never be the same.
During Monday night's broadcast of Teen Wolf, MTV aired the trailer for season 4 of Jersey Shore, which premieres Aug. 4 (10 p.m. ET).
From the looks of it, Snooki, The Situation, Pauly D, Vinny, Deena, Sammi, JWoww and Ronnie are in for the most dramatic season yet, as the roommates do what they do best: go clubbing, hook up and fight.
"I'm going back to the Motherland," The Situation declares.

Jersey Shore's season 4 premiere is less than a month away – and now PEOPLE.com has your first look at an official cast photo, and it appears they're not holding anything back.
In the shot, the cast gets all glammed-up for a late-night run through the streets of Florence, Italy, where they filmed the show starting in May. (It must have been a short stay, though. They were already back in Seaside Heights, N.J., by the end of June and hard at work at season 5.) The season begins Aug. 4 on MTV (10 p.m. ET).

Jersey Shore Cast Takes Italy by Storm

Gym, tan, laundry may have been the essentials in Seaside Heights, N.J., but now that the Jersey Shore cast has officially touched down in Italy, the only thing they need is, well, Rosetta Stone.
In fact, Ronnie Magro tells PEOPLE he ordered the language software as soon as he heard about the GTL gang's season 4 destination.
"I need to know how to order grilled chicken when I get down there," he told PEOPLE before they arrived in Italy, where they were greeted by a crowd of fans on Friday. "I can't have pasta every day!"
And he wasn't the only one concerned about learning the language – or keeping away from the carbs.

It might be safe to say things are (permanently) over between on-again, off-again exes Ronnie Magro and Sammi Giancola.
The former couple, whose tumultuous love affair dominated season 3 of Jersey Shore, came face to face on Thursday's reunion show.
After airing a clip of Ronnie upset over Sammi's mid-season departure from the Seaside Heights, N.J., house, he says it was a "waste of tears after finding out what she did to me in Jersey."

When Sammi decides to call up Arvin and set the record straight about their alleged making out, she doesn't get the response she's looking for. And Ronnie is there listening in.

In a sneak peek at Thursday's episode of Jersey Shore, she lets her roommate Ronnie – whose blowout fight last week with Sammi sent her packing – know what she really thinks of the lovelorn couple.
When Ronnie says he misses Sammi and he's determined to get her back, Snooki says, "In my honest opinion you two shouldn't be together."
Ronnie's response: "I don't believe that ... I don't believe it."

Pauly D: Ronnie and Sammi Taught Me to Be Single

Paul "Pauly D" DelVecchio doesn't need a girlfriend – his Jersey Shore roommates Ronnie Magro and Sammi "Sweetheart" Giancola have taught him that.
"I can be single," he told PEOPLE recently at a party at Moon Nightclub in Las Vegas. "I got enough drama with their relationship. I don't want a relationship if it's like that. That's not healthy."
Things got so heated between Ronnie and Sammi in last week's epidsode, that Sammi decided to leave the Seaside, N.J., house after a huge blowout fight with Ronnie.
