Holy ... Rosario Dawson! The actress is packing a punch as the star of her own comic book series, crimefighter Sophia Oritz, in O.C.T.: Occult Crimes Taskforce. Dawson, who took graphic roles to the big screen in 2001's Josie and the Pussycats and last year's Sin City, co-created the storyline and worked with her uncle, artist Gus Vazquez, on the project. PEOPLE caught up with the 29-year-old actress, who stars next in Clerks II, and got the superhero scoop on her wish list of special powers and which strongman her boyfriend Jason Lewis is most like.

Newlywed Christina Aguilera says recording her new double-CD Back to Basics (due Aug. 15) was like "having twins." So we had to ask: Are there any plans for kids in her and music-producer husband Jordan Bratman's future? "Maybe after the next couple of years we'll start venturing into the mind frame of starting our family," she told us at Entertainment Weekly's Must List party at New York City's Buddha Bar. "But I have goals and a set game plan for myself. I have to get through delivering these two babies first." And how does she feel about Bratman after seven months of marriage? Call it freshman-year bliss: "He's my best friend, my backbone and my support system," says Aguilera.

Dan Rather Signs Off from Evening News
Originally posted 03/10/2005 08:00AM
ENDED: His voice slightly hoarse, Dan Rather, 73, was all business for the first 20 minutes of Wednesday's broadcast – his final appearance after 24 years – on CBS Evening News. Then he recalled what he called the most important story of his career – the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks. He opened the news that evening by saying, "You will remember this day as long as you live." He thanked viewers at the end of Wednesday's newscast, then mentioned Sept. 11 survivors, tsunami survivors, the American military, the oppressed, the sick and fellow journalists in dangerous places. "And, to each of you," he said, "courage." Bob Schieffer, Rather's temporary replacement, will sit at the anchor desk as of Thursday. CBS expects to name a permanent anchor team to succeed Rather in the coming months.
