Rep: Rose McGowan & Robert Rodriguez Projects Still on Track

Rose McGowan and Robert Rodriguez are still together – professionally and personally, sources tell PEOPLE.
The actress is starring in three of her fiancé's upcoming projects – Barbarella, Red Sonja and Woman in Chains! – despite reports to the contrary, according to her rep.
"The production of all three films is moving forward with Rose to star," the rep tells PEOPLE exclusively.
As for claims that the couple have called off their engagement, a source close to McGowan says, "She and Robert are fine."
McGowan, 34, and Rodriguez, 40, announced their engagement in October 2007.
Best known for her bewitched role in Charmed, McGowan met her leading man in 2006, when he directed her in the Planet Terror portion of the Grindhouse double feature.

Talk about dedication: Running downstairs to meet her trainer, Rose McGowan broke her left foot – but finished her workout anyway.
"I thought I'd kept my trainer waiting too long downstairs, so I was running and my foot just hit the edge of the doorway," the former Charmed star told PEOPLE Thursday at Cannes' annual amfAR Cinema Against AIDS dinner. "It just happens to be stone and that didn't work out well! But I did not miss my workout. I stuck ice on it, did my upper body, and then went to the hospital."

Inside, McGowan told us, "I'd be lucky" to work again with Rodriguez, who directed her in Planet Terror. And while she wouldn't 'fess up to finding love at first sight, McGowan did tell us, "He's my best friend," adding, "We instantly became really good friends."

Got plans for the July 4 weekend? Bet you're not looking forward to it as much as rumored lovebirds Lindsay Lohan and Wilmer Valderrama. We've been speculating about why they're so secretive about their relationship, though they're often spotted out and about together, smooching in clubs on both coasts – and now Lohan spelled it out during a recent appearance on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno. When Jay asked if she was "still seeing the guy from That 70s Show," Lohan demurred, claiming as usual that they're "very good friends." When he pressed, the 17-year-old star said, "No, Jay, it's not legal. He's 24." Well, that makes sense. But Lohan turns 18 on July 2 ... fireworks, indeed.
