And the delivery surprise is ... a girl!
Samantha Harris welcomed her second daughter, Hillary Madison Hess, on Wednesday, Jan. 19 at 11:04 p.m. The baby girl, who joins big sister Josselyn Sydney, 3, weighed in 7 lbs., 11 oz. and is 20.5 inches long.
"It's a girl! Jossie has a little sister now," the Entertainment Tonight correspondent, 37, said in a statement to her show.
Mom is said to be doing well, with dad Michael Hess jokingly adding, "It didn't hurt ME a bit!"

She's usually the one delivering the news but Samantha Harris has her own big announcement: She's pregnant.
"Being able to hold and cuddle and have a little baby cuddle against you and fall asleep is such a fleeting moment in time, and I really can't wait for that again," the Entertainment Tonight correspondent, 36, tells PEOPLE.
This will be the second child for the former Dancing with the Stars co-host and husband Michael Hess.

Harris, who has been with the show for the past eight seasons, announced last week that she's leaving to focus more on her journalism career.
"The show is going to miss her," DWTS judge Carrie Ann Inaba told PEOPLE at Sunday night's Grammy Awards. "I was really shocked and I was really sad to hear that she's moving on."
