The mom-to-be spent time with McConaughey pal Sandra Bullock on Tuesday, taking their little ones – Louis and Vida, both 2½ – to watch the Warren Easton Charter High School's marching band and drill team perform.

"Camila seemed happy to attend the event with her kids. The kids all go along and seemed to have fun," a photographer tells PEOPLE. "It was a bit windy and all the kids wore their hoodies. They looked very cute. Sandra and Camila chatted and both looked happy."

The pixels are working overtime!

Sandra Bullock got naked in the shower with Chelsea Handler for the season premiere of Chelsea Lately on Monday. The purpose of the good, clean fun? To lecture the similarly naked Handler to "stop calling yourself the white Oprah," and, among other pieces of advice, to "stop sleeping with your guests."

"That's why I don't want to do your show. I don't want to sleep with you," Bullock jokes.

"I don't sleep with that many anymore," replies Handler, "just some of the rappers." (Handler and 50 Cent dated "very casually" last year.)

There is trouble on the set of Sandra Bullock's latest movie, The Heat.

In a scene that looks right out of her action hit Speed, a city bus slammed into an on-set trailer in the Roxbury section of Boston where the movie, about an FBI agent who teams with a local Boston police officer to take down a Russian mobster, is filming.

The movie costars Melissa McCarthy and is directed by her Bridesmaids director Paul Feig.

At least 11 people were reportedly taken to the hospital after the accident, though none had life-threatening injuries. Photos show a number of people on stretchers being treated by paramedics.

On Thursday, the actress suited up in long sleeves and slacks and reported to the Boston set of her new cop buddy comedy The Heat on an appropriately steamy summer day. (Temperatures climbed to the upper-80s, according to local reports.)

The movie costars Oscar-nominee Melissa McCarthy, and is being directed by Paul Feig, who helmed Bridesmaids. It's about an FBI agent who teams up with a local Boston police officer to take down a Russian mobster.

Originally posted 12/27/2011 05:20PM

Sandra Bullock says that after her 2010 split from husband Jesse James she wondered if she still wanted to rush back into acting again.

"I was perfectly content to be permanently broken," Bullock, 47, tells the Associated Press – then explains that by "broken," she means a break from work.

She adds: "I honestly didn't think I was in a place where I wanted to work or wanted to step out of where I was. ... I wasn't prepared. But the opportunity was louder than my head."

It was director Stephen Daldry's lobbying for her to appear in Extremely Loud & Incredibly Close that convinced the Oscar winner to return to movies.

Sandra Bullock's Family Holiday Tradition: Smuggling Sausages

Originally posted 12/20/2011 10:05AM

For many families, the holidays involve a perhaps stressful trip to the grocery store, but that's nothing compared to Sandra Bullock's Christmas dinner, which entails illegally importing sausages from Germany to continue a meal tradition started by the actress's mother.

"Since my mother passed, we break the law, because we have to manage to smuggle German sausages into the country, and apparently bringing meats across the waters is against the law," Bullock, 47, told Jay Leno during an appearance on The Tonight Show. "You fry 'em up with some sauerkraut and potato salad, but they have to be the right ones."

I should tell you that I was living in New York City on 9/11, and am not what one would call "over it." So I approach 9/11-related films with trepidation.

Extremely Loud & Incredibly Close is about grief. Oskar Schell (Thomas Horn), a frank, curious boy, mourns his father (Tom Hanks), who died that day.

The movie is also about the New York that I came to know after 9/11, and that's what makes it extraordinary. When Oskar discovers an envelope with a key among his dad’s things, he puts aside his phobias to find the lock it opens, meeting a string of wondrous people.
