Kardashian Ladies Throw Kourtney a Baby Shower

It was all about adding to the Kardashian clan Saturday as nearly 80 guests joined Kris Jenner and her daughters Kim, Khloe, Kylie and Kendall to host a baby shower for Kourtney.
The first-time mom-to-be, 30, is due in December, with boyfriend Scott Disick's baby.
"It was a huge success," a source tells PEOPLE of the shower, which began at noon and was organized by Los Angeles-based event planner Sharon Sacks, at the family's home in Hidden Hills, Calif.

Got any ideas where newlyweds Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom should spend their honeymoon?
Because they don't.
Out with her mom and sisters, Kim and Kourtney, at an event for Famous Cupcakes in Beverly Hills on Wednesday, the recent bride, 25, told PEOPLE that work has kept her and her man, who plays for the Los Angeles Lakers, from deciding what to do for what most people would consider the best part of their wedding – the honeymoon.

Kourtney Kardashian & Boyfriend Take Pregnancy Mood Swings In Stride

Kourtney Kardashian is about six months along in her pregnancy, and the reality TV star's boyfriend, entrepeneur Scott Disick, has adjusted well to her mood swings, which are par for the course of expecting, she says.
"Scott keeps getting scared," Kardashian tells PEOPLE, laughing. "But he's been great with my mood swings so far. He's like, 'Just take a deep breath.' He heard that with the last three months [of a pregnancy] you really have mood swings so he was joking, 'Oh, you're not going to believe the mood swings!"
But the Kourtney & Khloe Take Miami star, 30, has everything under control. "If I'm just trying to pick a fight with someone and if I'm around Scott or my mom, then they'll probably get it worst," she says. "If someone is annoying me – usually my mom! – I'll call [my sister] Khloe and it'll make me feel better because she'll agree with me."
