Everyone is talking about the 2014 Sochi Olympic figure skaters – past gold medalists included.
Four of America's most celebrated skaters – Apolo Ohno, Kristi Yamaguchi, Scott Hamilton and Dorothy Hamill – glided over to Parade to share their Winter Olympics experiences.
As gold medalists, this group knows what it takes to win, and what to expect once the closing ceremony is over. Transitioning from the top of the podium to normal life isn't easy, but then, neither are triple axels.
Ohno and Hamilton will serve as analysts at Sochi, but they won't be offering life advice like this. Before the Sochi Games start, see what these skating stars have to say, and relive their winning performances.

Gold medalist Evan Lysacek was emotional as he revealed on the Today show on Tuesday that he won't be setting his sights on the Olympic Games in Sochi, Russia, in February.
"It's very difficult for me to say that, but my road to Sochi ends here," the figure skater told Matt Lauer.
The 28-year-old has been dogged by injuries since winning gold in Vancouver in 2010, and has been undergoing rehab and physical therapy since tearing a labrum in his left hip earlier this year.
"The pain has become in recent weeks unmanageable," he admitted, adding that his doctor warned him that the pain would only get worse and he could be doing permanent damage if he continued training.

Scott Hamilton has been recuperating since last summer from surgery to repair a brain aneurysm but the Olympic champ is ready to return to the ice.
"I need to get back to work," Hamilton tells PEOPLE. "It's really frustrating being a public person and being more well-known for your illnesses rather than your accomplishments. Enough already!"
Hamilton, 52, is about to get his wish.
