Who's that girl?
No, it's not True Blue-era Madonna, in all her peroxide blond glory. It's actually 20-year-old DJ Allie Teilz, the latest love interest of Joaquin Phoenix.
Photos of the new couple strolling around Rome this week made us do a double take: The 39-year-old actor and his platinum-coiffed squeeze are dead ringers for a young Madonna and Sean Penn, who were married from 1985 to 1989.

Spanning across the five boroughs, the Marathon takes place Nov. 3, leaving Anderson just over a month to raise funds to support J/P HRO, an organization that aims to save lives and bring sustainable programs to the Haiti following the earthquake of 2010.

He's got Oscars. Accolades. International fame. But what Sean Penn says he lacks in his life is love.
"There is no shame in my saying that we all want to be loved by someone. As I look back over my life in romance, I don't feel I've ever had that," the 52-year-old activist and actor, who will soon be seen in Gangster Squad, tells Esquire for its January 2013 issue.
"I have been the only one that was unaware of the fraud in a few of these circumstances blindly," he says.

Sean Penn was in great spirits during a recent outing with pals.
Accompanied by a group of about 10 guys, the Academy Award winner made his way to a Caliche rum-hosted fete thrown by Rande Gerber and his wife Cindy Crawford at Gerber's Malibu, Calif., restaurant Café Habana.
"Sean was in a really happy and social mood," an onlooker tells PEOPLE. "He was getting up from the table often to get more drinks, socialize and smoke cigarettes. There wasn't any specific girl he was paying special attention to. He mainly just stuck to his guy friends."
Penn was having so much fun, in fact, that it didn't seem like he wanted to go.
"He ended up being one of the last ones to leave," the source says. "He was there from about 7:45 a.m. to almost 1:30 a.m."

Sean Penn was in a jovial mood Friday night at the Cannes Film Festival where he hosted a benefit for Haiti, which raised about $1.5 million.
The actor and activist hosted a starry affair attended by David Schwimmer, Ben Stiller, Chris Rock, Diane Kruger, Jessica Chastain, Michelle Rodriguez, Ewan MacGregor, Gerald Butler and Penn's onetime gal pal Petra Nemcova, among others.
At one point Penn joked to the crowd: "I want to ask every woman here to turn to the man next to her and say I won't sleep with you tonight unless you make a big donation."
Two U2 VIP concert tickets and one of Bono's Gretsch guitars fetched 200,000 euros apiece, and three people shelled out $100,000 each to spend three days in Haiti with Penn.
The upbeat evening was a change from Friday afternoon when Penn went on a profanity-laced tirade about how the media and the world has abandoned Haiti in the wake of a devastating earthquake there.

Her marriage to Ryan Reynolds was a "beautiful thing." She and Sean Penn were just "seeing each other." And her current romance, with ad man Nate Naylor, is something "totally bizarre" – because he's not used to dating a celebrity.
Nevertheless, Scarlett Johansson finds life pretty good right now.
The actress, poised to open in The Avengers in her Iron Man 2 role of Natasha Romanoff, tells Vogue magazine, "It's been a good time. I've had peace. Relative peace. I just want to work on things that are really hard, and when I'm not working on things that are really hard, I want to hang out with people I like to be with, and that's it."

For an especially private person, Scarlett Johansson has an especially difficult time seeing her life played out publicly.
So, imagine her horror at reading tabloid headlines about her divorce from Ryan Reynolds, her dating and breaking up with Sean Penn, her time in Paris with Kieran Culkin and in Manhattan with Justin Bartha – not to mention the nude photos from her hacked cellphone. Those went viral.
"The hardest part is actually going through whatever hardship you're facing. Going through it in public is the added unfortunate thing," the actress, 27, tells USA Today while promoting her new movie with Matt Damon, We Bought a Zoo.
Still, "There's nothing you can do about that," she says. "It's just nice to have kind of a blinder up in that regard. It helps keep you sane. I can't follow all that stuff. It's too exhausting."
