She's just five concerts into her 58-date Stars Dance tour, but the ice packs are already out for Selena Gomez!
"Now, I hurt. Everywhere," the pop star wrote on Instagram overnight next to a photo of herself reclining wearily in her private jet while icing both legs following a show in Winnipeg.
And no wonder – the 21-year-old's concerts are said to be a whirlwind of dance routines, for which she rehearsed eight hours a day leading up to the tour.

Nearly a week after turning 21, Selena Gomez celebrated the milestone Saturday night with plenty of friends – and a surprising familiar face.
Gomez – who shares her July 22 birthday with the newborn Prince George of Cambridge – hosted a gypsy-themed bash at Malibu's Revolve Beach House. On the guest list: Julianne Hough and brother Derek, Nina Dobrev, Ashley Benson, Jaden Smith and celeb stylist Riawna Capri.
"When Selena's song 'Birthday' came on, all of the guests gathered on the dance floor and took shots of chilled VeeV," a source tells PEOPLE. The evening, which was filled with dancing, good friends, and plenty of drinks, got an unexpected visitor around midnight when the Spring Breakers actress's on-again, off-again beau Justin Bieber arrived.
"Justin arrived at the party in his leopard-print Audi R8," a different source says. "He was casually dressed and carried a single rose."

They don't look anything like sisters, but Taylor Swift says they could be.
The singer Tweeted a cute picture of herself and Selena Gomez on Monday, with both stars perched upon a balcony above the sea while striking a pose to imitate the mermaid sculpture between them.
"Happy 21st birthday to my friend, and the closest thing I've ever had to a sister, @selenagomez!!" Swift Tweeted.

What does mom have to say?
Following a list of controversial antics during the last few months by her son, Justin Bieber, Pattie Mallette acknowledges the 19-year-old doesn't always do the right thing.
"I'm not naïve to think that my child is perfect and making all the best decisions of his life," the Nowhere But Up author, 38, recently said on Watch What Happens Live.

Guess she loves her own songs like a love song, baby.
Selena Gomez had a girls' night out at Bootsy Bellows in West Hollywood Saturday night, dancing along to a string of her hits with her pals (no Austin Mahone or Justin in sight!).
The starlet, who turns 21 this month, spent some time in the club's main room, where she requested Iggy Azalea's song "Work" from DJ Savi, before popping into the VIP room and asking that deejay to play some of her own songs, according to a source.
When the deejay obliged, Gomez's friends "all screamed and danced" as her latest single, "Come & Get It," started up. "Selena seemed to be in great spirits and looked like she was having a lot of fun," the source says.
Despite her group's enthusiasm, Gomez managed to fly under the radar throughout the evening, sticking close to her table in the club's back corner before leaving with her posse.
