Elizabeth Hurley Adjusts to Life with Four Kids

Elizabeth Hurley's engagement to Shane Warne has brought with it an added benefit: an instant brood.

"I've added three more children [to my life]," Hurley, already mom to son Damian, told PEOPLE at Monday's Breast Cancer Research Foundation's Hot Pink Party in New York City. "And I'm learning to be a stepmother to three extra children, so that keeps me running around and on my toes."

Hurley, who revealed in October she was engaged to the Aussie cricket star, adds that fans should hold off tossing any rice.

"We haven't actually managed to arrange a wedding yet," she says. "But it's definitely in the pipeline."

Elizabeth Hurley and Shane Warne's whirlwind romance has gone Down Under – literally!

The newly engaged couple, who announced their intent to marry over Twitter in October, enjoyed rides, games – and some very public PDA! – during a visit to the Movie World theme park on the Gold Coast in Australia.

Joined by his three young children, Brooke, Summer and Jackson, and Hurley's son, Damian (dad is film producer Stephen Bing), the casually-clad crowd did everything as a family unit – save for one heart-racing activity.

"Rides too scary for me-I had to bury my head in my 9 year old's shoulder," Hurley Tweeted, before congratulating her cricket-playing fiancé on braving Lethal Weapon and Super-Man-themed roller coasters.

Shane Warne: Elizabeth Hurley and I Are in Love

Love does a body good – especially for Aussie cricket star Shane Warne whose relationship with Elizabeth Hurley has given him an extra sparkle.

Asked on Australian radio 3AW if he was in love, he replied: "Yeah, I am," adding, "and I think that probably gives off a radiant glow, too."

Warne, 41, told radio host Neil Mitchell, "Being in love with someone is a wonderful feeling. I am in love with her. We are going really well. It's easy with each other. Together we make a pretty good partnership."

But he isn't quite ready to talk marriage with Hurley, 46, who was divorced from husband Arun Nayer in June, quite yet.

Elizabeth Hurley Files for Divorce: Report

Elizabeth Hurley filed for divorce from Arun Nayar, her husband of four years, on Friday, according to the U.K.'s Daily Mail.

In papers filed in London's High Court, the Estee Lauder spokesmodel reportedly blamed Nayar's "unreasonable behavior" for the split, though it was Hurley's own behavior that grabbed headlines in December, when photos emerged of her kissing Australian cricket star Shane Warne outside a London restaurant.

At the time, the model-actress took to Twitter to explain: "For the record, my husband Arun and I separated a few months ago. Our close friends & family were aware of this."
