Could romance be brewing for Evan Rachel Wood and her former Once and Again costar Shane West?
On Saturday, the 21-year-old actress stepped out with West to celebrate his
31st birthday at Bardot Hollywood – and the two hung close all evening. Arriving together, the stars were joined by a large group of friends for the party. While West would mingle with his guests, he doted on Wood – and even kissed her on the cheek and hand at the club. Wood, meanwhile, cheered as the Shy, the evening's musical entertainment, serenaded West with "Happy Birthday."
