Sheryl Sandberg's hot-selling feminist manifesto Lean In encouraged women everywhere to embrace work, will and leadership. But now, the author has launched a new initiative to target the other half of the gender equation – the men.

But for frequent flyer miles, Facebook's Sheryl Sandberg would have been on Asiana Flight 214.
"Taking a minute to be thankful," the company's chief operating officer posted on Facebook on Saturday after the Boeing 777 out of Seoul crashed while landing at San Francisco International Airport.
Sandberg, who had been in South Korea for Facebook business and to promote her book Lean In, explained that she and colleagues originally had planned to take the Asiana flight.
