Slash has changed his mind about divorcing his wife of nine years.
The former Guns N' Roses guitarist has called off his split from Perla Ferrar, his rep confirms to PEOPLE.
Slash filed a request for dismissal of the divorce papers in L.A. County Superior Court, according to TMZ.
The move comes two months after the rocker, 45, filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split and July 15, 2010 as the date of separation.

After almost nine years of marriage, Slash and wife Perla Ferrar are separating.
The former Guns N' Roses guitarist, 45, filed for divorce Monday in L.A. County Superior Court, citing irreconcilable differences and July 15, 2010 as the date of separation, according to TMZ.com.
“I can confirm the divorce papers were filed and from Slash’s perspective the split is amicable," his rep tells PEOPLE.
The couple wed in October 2001 and have two sons, London, 8, and Cash, 6. Slash (real name: Saul Hudson) is seeking joint physical and legal custody of the children.

Danny Federici, Bruce Springsteen's longtime keyboardist, died April 17 at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York City. The 58-year-old E Street Band member had been fighting melanoma for three years. "Danny and I worked together for 40 years – he was the most wonderfully fluid keyboard player and a pure natural musician. I loved him very much ... we grew up together," Springsteen wrote on his website. The band has postponed their concerts in Fort Lauderdale and Orlando scheduled for Friday and Saturday nights.
