The Hills are alive with the sound of club music!
Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt celebrated the three year anniversary of Crazy Horse III Gentlemen's Club in Las Vegas on Friday night.
Montag – who hosted the event – arrived wearing skin-tight black leather shorts and a see-through black top.
Joined by husband Pratt, the former Hills costars sat at a VIP table where they toasted with Dom Perignon Champagne and Patrón shots.
"Heidi came to the club with a mission – to get her first ever lap dance!" an onlooker tells PEOPLE. "Heidi selected two bombshell dancers and she showered them in $1 bills."

Who would have guessed Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt's relationship would outdo everyone else's on The Hills?
The pair, who are still reportedly happily married, don't follow in the footsteps of the other cast members, who fellow former star Whitney Port says drifted apart.
"I think we all kind of went our separate ways once the show ended," the TV personality, 27, told PEOPLE at Thursday's grand opening of Kyle Richards's Kyle by Alene Too boutique in Beverly Hills, where some of Port's designs are being sold.

The Hills got its Hollywood ending last summer when the series came to a surprising end on a studio back lot.
But has Tinseltown truly seen the last of MTV's hit series?
When The Hills ended after four years – and six seasons – in July 2010, executive producer Adam DiVello wanted to take its stars and their drama to the big screen. But the cast wasn't on board for a movie version of the show.
"We were kind of all just so fed up with each other that we all needed a little break," The Hills alum Audrina Patridge told Ryan Seacrest on his radio show. But, she adds, "We've all had our break. Maybe we'll all come back together and do a movie."

Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt have been keeping a low profile lately – but you haven't heard the last of the dynamic duo.
A year after the debut of her album Superficial, Montag has released "Heartbeat," a synthesized dance tune.
"Touch me," she sings. "Let me know. Touch me. I don’t need. You enjoy myself. Enjoy myself to the music. Heartbeat."

Call it a coincidence, but isn't it a little unexpected to see PEOPLE's two-time reigning Sexiest Man Alive (1995 and 2000) Brad Pitt seemingly taking hairdo cues from the ultimate attention seeker.

This time it's not just reality, it's for real.
After calling his made-for-TV Hills marriage ceremony "a nightmare," Spencer Pratt, along with wife Heidi Montag have said "I do" for what they call their first "real" wedding.
"It's just me and my bride on a little secret beach with nobody else, and it's just about her," Pratt tells Entertainment Tonight of their vow renewal, which took place Sunday at a beachfront house in Carpenteria, Calif. "Last time it was about everything else, it was about drama, it was about ratings."

Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt's Hills wedding was portrayed on TV like a fairytale.
With blessings from the parents, and Montag's adored ex-bestie Lauren Conrad in tow, the reality couple's nuptials seemingly couldn't have gone better.
But, says the duo, like their so-called divorce, the emotions that came across during their wedding episode were all "fake." Now the couple plan to renew their vows and get a fresh start at married life.

Just a month after calling off her divorce, Heidi Montag is back to gushing about Spencer Pratt.
The surgically enhanced reality star, 23, is currently in Las Vegas for the Pure Nightclub Halloween party she is hosting on Saturday, where Pratt will be in attendance. "Fortunately, we are together," Montag tells Doug Elfman of Las Vegas Review-Journal, "So it's been a long summer, and we are together, and I'm so excited to be in Vegas together and to have our friends there."

Love conquers all: At least it would seem so for Heidi Montag and husband Spencer Pratt.
Montag filed for divorce from Pratt, 27, in July, but after spending time together in Costa Rica – and after Pratt publicly apologized to his wife – Montag, 23, has decided take her hubby back.
"We are back together trying to make things work," the couple tell PEOPLE exclusively. "Costa Rica really put things in perspective. We do love each other and realized we do want to spend the rest of our lives together."

Spencer Pratt certainly has flair for the dramatic.
Brandishing an oversized knife, talking over banjo music and covering his face in fake blood, the self-proclaimed "astronaut" decided to get rid of his flesh-colored beard.
He's removing his facial hair "in honor of things working out between my wife, Heidi Montag, and myself," he says in a video posted Tuesday on his YouTube channel.
And, really, what better way to celebrate their reunion?
Pratt marked the "special day" by having an assistant "use" a knife to chop off his beard – because shaving cream and razor blade brands declined to have their products featured with him.
