No sooner does T.R. Knight strip off his Grey's Anatomy scrubs than the former George O'Malley has landed his next gig – on Broadway.

The actor, who announced his departure from the ABC hit last month, is set to star in a revival of playwright Ken Ludwig's 1989 farce, Lend Me a Tenor, likely to open on the Great White Way in February 2010, reports Variety.

That loud buzzing sound you're hearing is the Oscar talk around Jamie Foxx's performance as singer Ray Charles in the biopic Ray (opening Oct. 29). We wanted to know what Foxx found most challenging about playing the blind 12-time Grammy winner. "Actually capturing the nuance of Ray, not the impersonation, but the way he talks, the way he's quiet. I would say this: How we act on Sunday [evening] at 6:30 when there's really nothing to do, that's how you capture a person's soul, it's those moments," Foxx told us at the movie's L.A. premiere. "Obviously the preparation and losing the weight and doing the impersonation is one thing, but the nuances are what really make the spirit come to life."
