This year's MTV Movie Award nominations were hot on Jennifer Lawrence, but colder on The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2.
Lawrence, 22, fresh off her Best Actress Oscar win, earned five nominations, including three with her Silver Linings Playbook costar Bradley Cooper for best musical moment, best kiss and best on-screen duo.
Django Unchained and Ted led the pack with seven nominations each.
But it was thumbs down for vampires Bella, Edward and Breaking Dawn, which received just one nomination – for Taylor Lautner, who received a nod for best shirtless performance.

Watch your back, Rosalie!
The fictional character, played by Nikki Reed, 24, in the Twilght saga, is attacked in the head by Jacob Black (Taylor Lautner), 21, with a dog bowl in a never-before-seen clip from the extended edition of Breaking Dawn: Part 1.
Rosalie sets down the dog bowl, which contains a hot dog, next to Jacob, telling him, "Enjoy, mongrel," with a smirk.

Who's misérable now?
The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2, Adam Sandler and Rihanna are among the "winners" of the 33rd annual Golden Raspberry Awards – the Razzies – which are not so much handed out as they are thrown at those who are voted as perpetrating Hollywood's worst achievements of the year.
Breaking Dawn – Part 2, the fifth and final installment in Stephenie Meyer's vampire saga, was recognized in seven categories, including worst picture.
The flick's Kristen Stewart was also cited as worst actress; Taylor Lautner, worst supporting actor; Lautner and 12-year-old Mackenzie Foy, worst screen couple; the entire cast, including Robert Pattinson, worst screen ensemble, and Bill Condon, worst director.
In addition, the film, which since opening last November has taken in more than $828 million at the box office, was named worst sequel.

Friday's release of Breaking Dawn – Part 2 is the moment Twilight fans have been waiting for – or maybe it's the moment they've been dreading.
Why? Well, the long-awaited film is the final installment in the popular five-part series.
That also means it's the last time (for now) that Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner get to share a screen together.
Whether you caught a midnight screening or a matinee this afternoon, tell us, Twilight fans: Did the blockbuster, based on the popular Stephenie Meyer novel, live up to its hype?

A wolf knows its kind!
While making his way down the red carpet at Monday night's Los Angeles premiere of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2, Taylor Lautner made a new friend: a black Lab walking with a U.S. Marine.
As dozens of (probably jealous) fans looked on, the dog got up close – real close – to the actor, who knelt down to pet the friendly pooch, its sleek black coat accessorized with a collar from America's VetDogs. The nonprofit provides service dogs to disabled veterans and active service members.

Robert Pattinson knows how to handle a curveball, but arrested development? That's a different story.
When he adopted rescue puppy Bear from a Louisiana shelter, the Twilight star expected the dog to grow ... and keep growing.
"He was supposed to be a big man's dog," Pattinson explains on The Ellen DeGeneres Show in Friday's episode. "But he just kind of got stunted."

No one's ever cheated on Taylor Lautner.
"I've never been involved in any of those situations," the Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2 star says in the December issue of Cosmopolitan.
But when it comes to reconnecting with an ex (ahem, Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson), "I absolutely think it's possible," he tells the magazine. "If it was a long, serious relationship, I think it's quite easy to rekindle. I guess it depends on what damage has been done."
"There's no ex out there who I'm not friends with today," he continues, "and I'm extremely thankful for that."

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart both stepped out at high-profile, star-studded events on Thursday – and they were 2,500 miles apart.
When Stewart – making her first official public appearance since the cheating scandal that rocked their relationship – appeared at the Toronto International Film Festival to promote her new movie On the Road, the crowd cheered, "Kristen, I love you!" After posing for photos in a Zuhair Murad dress with costar Garrett Hedlund, she made her way over to fans to sign autographs.
"I've loved this book since I was 14," she told reporters. She also alluded to being as excited for On the Road as she would be for any Twilight film.
Pattinson, meanwhile, appeared with Taylor Lautner, Peter Facinelli, Elizabeth Reaser and other members of the Twilight cast to present a new 90-second clip of Breaking Dawn: Part 2 at the MTV Video Music Awards in downtown L.A. (You can watch the heart-pounding clip below!)

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart likely will appear together at MTV Video Music Awards – but only on a screen.
It'll just be Pattinson in person, along with his costar Taylor Lautner and other cast members (minus Stewart), who'll be on stage Thursday night to introduce 90 seconds of never-before-seen footage from Breaking Dawn: Part 2.
This answers a lingering question among Twilight fans, who had been wondering whether Pattinson – who was recently cheated on by Stewart, 22 – would indeed be seen at the show, as originally planned.

She's at it again!
Taylor Swift, whose heartfelt tunes famously reflect the status of her real-life relationships, unveiled a new song Monday night during an online chat with fans.
"I have some really big news," she said. "I'm really excited because I have a new album coming out on Oct. 22."
The album is called Red, and the first new single, which is already out on iTunes, is called "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together."
In an interview that aired Tuesday on Good Morning America, Swift, 22, admitted that the song is based on a real relationship and a breakup that just wouldn't stick.
