Ten years ago, a handsome and gabby group of five gay lifestyle experts blazed onto the TV scene as makeover savants, opening doors to their worlds of culture, beauty, food and style – and in the process, exposing for many hopeless heteros what it's like to live and thrive as a gay men.
On Sunday, the much-loved Queer Eye for the Straight Guy cast will return with a reunion show on Bravo, talking to Andy Cohen about their pioneering entry into reality television and how it's changed their lives thus far, turning nearly all of the Fab 5, as they were known, into household names.
Among the show's biggest revelations? Fashion and style guru Carson Kressley and recently engaged celeb chef Ted Allen were not out to their families when the show was about to air.

Ted Allen and fiancé Barry Rice aren't the only ones feeling joyous over their engagement.
The host of Food Network's Chopped, 48, says positive acknowledgments of his same-sex partnership have been pouring in since the couple of 20 years decided to get engaged just after the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA) was deemed unconstitutional on Wednesday.
"I announced it online, and have had hundreds of responses, virtually 100 percent supportive – incredibly exciting," Allen told PEOPLE in a statement Thursday. "A great, great day for our country."

January 30, 2004 QUEER EYE DIET TIPS How can someone on a low-carb diet survive the onslaught of pizza, beer and potato chips one usually encounters on Super Bowl Sunday? That's exactly what Queer Eye for the Straight Guy food and wine expert Ted Allen will teach football greats Marcus Allen (no relation), Troy Aikmen, Terrell Davis and their VIP friends during "The Ultimate Low-Carb Tailgate Party" at the Magnolia Hotel in Houston this Saturday night. Lesson No. 1? Make zero-carb cocktails with spirits like Smirnoff vodka, Jose Cuervo tequila, and Johnnie Walker scotch, Ted says. In the end, Allen, Aikmen and Davis will compete in a zero-carb bartending competition in front of their friends, giving Ted a chance to judge the jocks. Payback for high school?
