ACCUSED: By having "tested dirty" for drugs in early March, actor Tom Sizemore, 42, has violated the terms of probation imposed for abusing ex-girlfriend and former Hollywood madam Heidi Fleiss, prosecutors tell the Associated Press. Defense attorney Mark Werksman said, "We're asking the court and the public to withhold judgment 'til we have a hearing and have the opportunity to prove that this allegation is bogus."

WARNED: A judge warned actor Tom Sizemore ("Black Hawk Down") to stay away from his former girlfriend, Hollywood madam Heidi Fleiss, the Associated Press reports. During a hearing on Thursday, the judge ordered Sizemore not to contact "Miss Fleiss in any way." Sizemore was sentenced to six months in jail in October for harassing, annoying and abusing Fleiss during the couple's two-year relationship. But the sentence was postponed in order to allow Sizemore time to complete a live-in drug rehab program. It was not immediately clear what prompted the judge's warning, but the actor is due back in court March 30 to determine if he violated his probation.
