In a new PSA, debuting first on People.com, six-time Grammy-winner Toni Braxton urges parents and other adults to learn more about the warning signs of autism.
"All of us – parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, teachers and family friends to children – must become familiar with the red flags for autism," Braxton says. "The earlier children are diagnosed and early intervention begins, the better chance a child has of a brighter future."

Continuing health problems have forced Toni Braxton to cancel the rest of her Las Vegas show "Toni Braxton: Revealed."
Following an April 7 hospitalization for chest pain, the 40-year-old singer canceled shows at the Flamingo Las Vegas hotel until June 6, when she was scheduled to return, the Associated Press reports.

Toni Braxton's recent hospital visit has resulted in her canceling the rest of this month's performances of her Las Vegas show.
The showroom at the Flamingo Las Vegas, where the 40-year-old has been headlining in Toni Braxton: Revealed, shall remain dark this week while Braxton undergoes additional medical tests following her April 7 hospitalization for chest pain, the Associated Press reports.
She is due to return to the show May 6. Until then, the Flamingo will offer refunds for the canceled shows.

Toni Braxton is out of the hospital, but she won't be on stage until next week.
The singer, who was treated for chest pains Monday night, has cancelled this week's shows so she can continue her recuperation.
"We're going to go ahead and cancel her shows ... for the rest of the week," a rep for the Flamingo Hotel-Casino, where Braxton has a regular Vegas gig, told the Associated Press. "We expect she'll return to the stage next Tuesday."

Grammy-winning singer Toni Braxton is in "good condition" after being admitted to a Las Vegas hospital for chest pains Monday night, says a spokeswoman for a hotel-casino where the singer has been performing.
The singer, 40, is expected to be released from the St. Rose Dominican Hospital on Tuesday afternoon, according to the Flamingo Hotel-Casino rep. She has been headlining her live show "Toni Braxton: Revealed" five days a week at the Flamingo since 2006.
The singer has spoken in public about her heart condition, pericarditis, an inflammation of the sac surrounding the heart.
