When last we saw the characters of Nashville, love was distinctly not in the air in Music City. Rayna Jaymes (Connie Britton) had just jilted fiancé Luke Wheeler (Will Chase), Layla Grant (Aubrey Peeples) was floating face-down in a pool and Will Lexington (Chris Carmack) continued to struggle with being gay, sleeping with anything with breasts to try to prove he isn't.

The country singer's three youngest daughters, their nanny and the family dog all escaped the house unharmed, wife Rhonda told CNN.

Country music star Trace Adkins almost lost his 6-year-old daughter Brianna, who, at only 9 months, suffered a severe food allergy reaction after licking a peanut butter lid.
