In his first interview since his friend and Fast & Furious costar Paul Walker died in a Nov. 30 car crash, Tyrese Gibson revealed to talk-show host Arsenio Hall on Monday about the time he spent with Walker right before he died.
"I was with him just four days before it happened," Gibson, 35, said on The Arsenio Hall Show. "We were on the set shooting, and that was a lot of shock and trauma for the family and all of us involved, because he's such a nice guy."

Like many family members and friends, Tyrese Gibson continues to struggle with the untimely death of Paul Walker in a car crash on Saturday.
Gibson posted a heartfelt message to his Facebook account on Tuesday, mourning his Fast and the Furious costar.
"In moments like this, it feels – it feels like death has won. But the Bible says that love is stronger than death," Gibson wrote, paraphrasing a funeral sermon by Bishop T.D. Jakes.

Paul Walker's tragic car crash on Saturday has left his Fast & Furious costars in mourning and a visibly distraught Tyrese Gibson in tears when he visited the crash scene on Sunday.
Gibson arrived with a flower in his hand and posted a photo to Instagram of himself at the scene holding a piece of the wreckage.
"I will keep your energy with me forever #AshesOfAnAngel fast family around the world we live you and we love you Paul is the heartbeat of this franchise and were gonna see to it that his energy and presence lives on forever #myhearthurtssobad," he wrote.
