Looks like pregnancy hasn't slowed her down at all! Jessica Simpson was back in the Big Apple – where she hit up Barneys New York for a little (maternity clothing?) shopping. The singer, in a fluffy white coat, dropped by the store sans fiancé Eric Johnson, but she dropped clues about their earlier holiday plans, Tweeting, "Happy Thanksgiving everyone!! I made some TX casseroles for the Boston family! Eric and I have so much to be grateful for."

LeAnn Rimes and fiancé Eddie Cibrian were brunching at Luxbar in Chicago – and they weren't drinking orange juice. The couple split a shot of Don Julio blanco tequila with their meal, and she also had a glass of Pinot Noir. While in the Windy City and not eating and drinking, the country singer was also spotted shopping at Barneys New York.

While in New York, Kim Kardashian and sisters Kourtney, Khloe and mom Kris Jenner have been staying at the Empire Hotel, where they enjoyed fresh fruit and brie in their room. The family also visited Barneys New York – in a chauffeured car – where Kourtney picked up a pair of $885 Christian Louboutin shoes. And rounding out the cast of characters has been Kim's boyfriend Reggie Bush, whom hotel sources have spotted visiting his girlfriend.

Nicole Richie, "having a blast" during a family shopping outing at L.A.'s outdoor mall The Grove with daughter Harlow, 11 months, and Joel Madden. "Nicole was holding Harlow and Joel was pushing the empty stroller," an onlooker says. The threesome shopped at Barneys New York, but also stopped to watch the water fountain show. "Harlow was laughing and they were helping her stand up and dance on the ledge," the onlooker adds.

Sharon Osbourne, hunting for face cream at Barneys New York in the Big Apple recently. She visited several counters and then came to 3LAB where she sampled all the products, opting for one with – wait for it – a $400 price tag.

Mandy Moore, swinging by the Apple store at The Grove in Los Angeles for a bit of shopping. Her purchase? Some iPod speakers. The singer also hit up the Barneys New York's Co-Op before heading toward her car.
