What Song Would You Sing on Idol?
![]() |
Taylor Hanson: A Michael Jackson song, something like "She's Out of My Life." It's an emotional song and obviously Michael Jackson is unbelievable, and very few people do that. I would probably get completely destroyed for it. Which would probably mean I wouldn't win.
Joely Richardson (Nip/Tuck): I pity the person who would have to hear me sing. I have a terrible voice. I had to sing in a film, and I did all these lessons. It was one of the most fun things that I have ever done. But at the end of the day, I just had to admit that it is not a talent that I have, sadly.
Bow Wow: Probably one of Mary J. Blige's songs. Maybe "Real Love." I'd try my best but it'd be real hard because I can't sing.
Howie Mandel: "I Am Woman." Helen Reddy did good with it. Why wouldn't Howie?
Amy Poehler: I would sing a really slow rendition of "American Pie." I'd slow it to half-tempo and really stretch it out. I'd be so bad at it.
Beverley Mitchell (7th Heaven): "When You Say Nothing At All" by Alison Krause. It's my favorite song of all time.
Blu Cantrell: I would sing "Here I Go Again" by Whitesnake. That song rocks – and it's very different. It's something no one would ever think I'd sing. As long I could be in the video and be lying all over the car.
Dane Cook: Queen's "Bohemian Rhapsody" a cappella. But I'd do all the parts. I'm working on that.
