New Michael Jackson Song Debuts Online
Michael Jackson's new single "This Is It" began streaming on the late singer's Web site and hitting radio airwaves Monday at midnight, nearly four months after the King of Pop died on June 25 at age 50.
The pop ballad track features vocal backup by Jackson's brothers and the lyrics, "This is it, here I stand/I'm the light of the world, I feel grand." The song was reportedly recorded by Michael in 1991.
The two-disc album This Is It will be available in the U.S. on Oct. 27, the day before the release of the Michael Jackson documentary This Is It on Oct. 28.
A vinyl version of the album will be available as of Nov. 10, according to Jackson's Web site.
