Ryan Reynolds Jokes About Being a Late Bloomer
The abs, the smile, the sense of humor – everything about Ryan Reynolds, PEOPLE's newly crowned Sexiest Man Alive is, well, sexy. But the Green Lantern star says some friends from his past might find the title to be a bit misleading.
"I was such a goofball [growing up]," the actor tells PEOPLE in the clip above. "I went through puberty in my early 20s. That's a big part of the problem. I looked … like sort of a very athletic girl up until I was about 21."
Though it's hard to believe the handsome star ever had an awkward phase, he says he thinks "there are a few people that might think this [title] is a mistake." Well, we beg to differ!
