The Country Music Association's reigning female vocalist of the year Miranda Lambert will defend her title on stage at Nov. 1's 46th Annual CMA Awards.

The CMA tells PEOPLE exclusively that Lambert, 28, will perform on the live broadcast from the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville.

The Texas native is also in the running for album of the year, music video of the year and song of the year for "Over You," a nomination she shares with her co-writer and husband, two-time male vocalist of the year Blake Shelton.

Additional performers who have just been confirmed for the show are the Zac Brown Band, Luke Bryan and Brad Paisley, who for the fifth consecutive year will be co-hosting the star-studded event with Carrie Underwood.

Previously announced to perform during country music's biggest night are Jason Aldean, Dierks Bentley, Kelly Clarkson and Little Big Town.

Clarkson and Bryan are first-time contenders for female and male vocalist of the year. Bryan’s Tailgates & Tanlines is also up for album of the year.

The 46th Annual CMA Awards will air 8-11 p.m. ET on Thurs., Nov. 1, on ABC.
