Nicole Murphy's Stay-Slim Trick? Have a Treat Daily!

In PEOPLE's special Most Talked About Bodies issue, Murphy, 46, admits she keeps a cookie jar filled with 365 brand sandwich cookies from Whole Foods and treats herself to a couple of them mid-morning.
And she's not afraid to share her other favorite sweet spots: "I love the oatmeal raisin cookie at Urth Caffé," she admits. "I also absolutely love the pistachio, chocolate or vanilla macarons from Monsieur Marcel.
Murphy's fiancé Michael Strahan, 42, shares her love for sugary snacks. He told PEOPLE this spring, "I have the biggest sweet tooth! You name it, I will eat it!"
To counter the desserts, Murphy rotates between cardio kickboxing classes with trainer Natalie Yco, circuit training, hiking and yoga weekly, and tries to get some exercise in daily. And every time she hits the gym she focuses on one key asset: "I always begin with glute isolation exercises like butt kicks," she says.
And even when she allows herself one cheat meal a week, Murphy doesn't go calorie crazy. "I love the burgers at the South Beverly Grill," she says. "Even though it's my cheat meal, I still try to aim healthy by having my burger wrapped in lettuce and I order a small side of sweet potato fries – that makes me feel less guilty!"
