It takes two parties to properly celebrate a royal wedding.
Although the Palace has never hosted a pair of celebrations post-nuptials, it's promising a double dose of royal fun for Kate Middleton and Prince William's big day in the coveted state rooms.
About 600 guests will enjoy champagne and canapés with the Queen after the wedding ceremony, and a few hours later, Prince Charles will host a dinner dance for about 300 guests.
With 19 state rooms to choose from, likely frontrunners are the lavish Throne Room, the Ball Supper Room and the Picture Gallery.
