Whether she's shopping for her signature slouchy boots or a pair of understated heels, Kate Middleton has long been a fan of British fashion house L.K. Bennett. And on Monday, the future princess showed off her latest purchase from the brand's current collection – a classic navy round-toe shoe with a sturdy square heel.
Worn with a smart navy suit from British designer Amanda Wakeley's autumn/winter 2007 collection, the shoes, which retail for $295, were a sensible choice for Middleton's last public appearance before her April 29 nuptials to Prince William.
And it's not the first time the up-market brand has been associated with the royal family: L.K. Bennett also created Camilla Parker Bowles's wedding shoes for her 2005 marriage to Prince Charles after the Duchess of Cornwall's stylist became a regular in the store, as has Kate recently.
"She's been to a few of our London stores and we know she is a fan of the brand, but we can't comment on her publicly," a spokesperson tells PEOPLE.
With the brand's first U.S. stand-alone store opening in Chicago on Wednesday, it looks like this royal bride-to-be has picture perfect style and impeccable timing.
