Inside Westminster Abbey – First Look

Westminster Abbey
CTV
All it needs now is the bride and groom.
Westminster Abbey has been thoroughly decked out for Friday's royal wedding. The grand venue has been outfitted with two rows of tall trees lining the aisle, and chairs for the guests that face inward. All the better for taking in Kate Middleton as she makes her walk toward Prince William – and her place in history.
Also in the Abbey: Plenty of flowers and greenery decorating the altar, as floral artistic director Shane Connolly described.
The photos, which first appeared on CTV also show several rows of ordinary folding chairs (behind the wooden ones) to accommodate the 1,900 guests
Fancy or otherwise, we're betting every one of those seats is as coveted as they come.
