The chocolate biscuit cake – William's request, made by Mcvitie's Cake Company from a Royal Family recipe – will be served, along with the main wedding cake designed by Fiona Cairns and made from 17 individual fruit cakes.
That traditional fruit cake will feature décor fit for royalty: 900 individually iced flowers.
