Polo Jerseys for Prince William's California Match
The prince's style triumph will come in the form of a jersey created by Jack Wills University Outfitters, a British fashion house with a hip edge.
The jerseys come in red (pictured), and blue and white for the three competing teams, and they are emblazoned with the logos of the game's sponsors – Audi, American Express and Tiffany & Co., as well as the Union Flag, which is patched on the sleeve.
William, who's on Team Royal Salute, will sport the blue jersey alongside teammates Glen A. Holden Jr., Andy Busch and Santi Trotz.
Facing off against the prince: Team Audi (Wesley Ru, Marc Ganzi, Juan Bollini and Scott Devon) and Team American Express Centurion (Melissa Ganzi, Glen Holden III, Nic Roldan and Patrick M. Nesbitt). (For full player bios, click here.)
Celebs such as Zoe Saldana, Karlie Kloss and Alex Pettyfer are expected to cheer from sidelines at the Santa Barbara Polo & Racquet Club match, which will benefit the American Friends of the Foundation of Prince William and Prince Harry.
Duchess Catherine will present the prize, a Tiffany trophy, to the winning team.
Before the game kicks off, VIP guests will be treated to a lunch catered by Food Network's Giada de Laurentiis. There will be a separate gourmet box lunch for general guests. Tickets cost $4,000 a pop for VIP and $400 for regular observers; polo players paid $60,000 to participate in the match.
Kate and William are set to arrive in the Golden State Friday as they continue their North American tour.
