She may be a singleton, but Pippa Middleton is not letting that dampen her thoughts of romance.
The Party Times website she edits is dispensing tips on how to mark Valentine's Day – even if you don't have someone to share it with.
In their latest update, Pippa, 28, and her colleagues suggest spreading the love: "Throw a Valentine-themed party for a few friends. Hang some heart decorations around the room for extra kitsch-factor and drink sparkling wine or specially mixed Valentine’s cocktails," they advise.
Another suggestion: "How about dipping marshmallows and fruit skewers of banana, grapes and strawberries into a molten chocolate fountain. Everyone can join in – just make sure you have napkins at the ready as things may get messy!"
And one more: "Create a few rhyming clues for a treasure hunt around the house to unearth ... little Valentine's gifts that Cupid has lovingly hidden for family members." Bath fizzers, for instance.
As for her own romantic status, Middleton, currently vacationing in Mustique with her sister Kate, split from her boyfriend of more than a year, Alex Loudon, late last year.
