The toy company is releasing the figurines in time to mark the real-life royal couple's one-year wedding anniversary, which explains why they are outfitted in their wedding finery: he in dashing red military jacket with a blue sash, and she in a mini-version of her Sarah Burton for Alexander McQueen gown, replete with tiny tiara and sapphire engagement ring, reports InStyle.
Kate's been a doll before, if you remember. Last year, the Franklin Mint issued a royal engagement edition.
While the Barbie-and-Ken dolls will go on sale for $155 from Amazon.com U.K. come April 7, in the U.S. the dolls are available for pre-sell now from Barbiecollector.com. They will also be available in April at mass online retailers, as well as BarbieCollector.com.
