Two men have been arrested on suspicion of murder after a woman's body was found on Queen Elizabeth's Sandringham country estate on New Year's Day, according to Norfolk police.

The men, who have not been named, are set to be questioned in connection with the murder of 17-year-old Alisa Dmitrijeva, though they have not been charged, the police said in a statement released on Tuesday.

Dmitrijeva was discovered by a dog walker. She had been missing for nearly four months.

"The men, aged 28 and 31 and from the Wisbech area, were arrested in King's Lynn and are currently in custody where they will be questioned," the police's statement read.
