To mark the momentous occasion of Queen Elizabeth's 90th birthday, jewelry designer Claudia Bradby has re-issued her popular royal charm bracelet that also features an exclusive charm she collaborated on with Princess Kate.

Telling the story of all the major royal occasions since Kate and Prince William's wedding in 2011, the $218 sterling silver link bracelet now includes a silver disc – engraved with the number "90" to mark the Queen's big birthday on April 21.

"I added in the new charm to our vintage royal bracelet to mark this historic occasion," Bradby tells PEOPLE, adding that the limited edition collectors' piece "is unique and not to be repeated."

Alongside the silver bean charm, which was designed in collaboration with Kate back in 2007 in her role as buyer for the high-street store Jigsaw, the bracelet also features a charm to celebrate the birth of Prince George in 2013 the birth of Princess Charlotte in 2015 as well as a charm for the Queen's Diamond Jubilee in 2012.

Pearl specialist Bradby, who attended the royal wedding with her husband Tom Bradby has nothing but admiration for the Queen and her sense of style over the years. "From a stylish young princess to one of the most revered and respected states persons in the world, the Queen has never put a sartorial foot wrong," says Bradby, who says she particularly likes the monarch's "practical side – heels never too high, gloves for warmth, a hat brim never too wide."
