That's gotta hurt!
German diver Stephan Feck's three-meter springboard plunge that landed him flat on his back in the pool is earning the dubious title of Worst Olympic Dive.
Judges gave the 22-year-old from Leipzig zeroes across the board for his flop during Monday's preliminaries in London, landing him dead last and making him the butt of headline writers crassly punning his surname.
And while Feck will never get gold or silver, one sports writer observed that there is a silver lining that may count almost as much in the digital age. Says SB Nation's Ryan Hudson: "He made himself forever Internet famous."
