Medals come and go, but memes are forever.

U.S. figure skater Ashley Wagner isn't the first athlete from Sochi to attain viral fame, but she's having a moment right now.

Wagner's path to the Olympics has been a difficult one, so she seemed thrilled with her routine Saturday, breaking into a smile as she awaited her score. That expression quickly fled when she received a score of 63.10 – which put her in fourth place, behind Japan's Mao Asada, who fell during her routine.

The Internet quickly picked up on the similarities between Wagner's expression and gymnast McKayla Maroney's famous "not impressed" face from the 2012 Summer Olympics. A GIF of Wagner mouthing something (a certain two-syllable epithet with the initials "BS" seems most likely) has been getting passed along frequently as well.

Cheer up, Ashley. Figure skating routines come and go, but Internet fame is forever.
