Have mercy! The Fuller House gang is gearing up for the revival's Friday premiere with a barrage of vintage gems from John Stamos' home movie vault.

On Monday, Candace Cameron Bure cheekily posted a 1989 video of herself introducing her small-screen uncle as "Nerd Boy."

Cameron Bure's video comes after Stamos shared an absolutely adorable Instagram video of himself on Sunday. In the post, he's seen cuddling with the Olsen twins during the same working vacation to Hawaii, where the Full House cast filmed on location in August 1989.

In the clip, Mary-Kate and Ashley – who portrayed Michelle Tanner on the hit sitcom from 1987–95 – wear matching pink outfits as they stumble over to their Uncle Jesse sitting in the grass as he wraps one arm around each of them in a tight hug.

"#StamosHomeMovies #Fullerhouse Hawaii '89 Mk/A #GiveHimaHug," Stamos, 52, captioned the video.

Now 29, the twins opted not to reprise the shared role in the upcoming Netflix reboot, Fuller House, as production conflicted with their schedule as designers of The Row and Elizabeth and James, executive producer Bob Boyett previously told PEOPLE.

Boyett also explained that Ashley said she wasn't comfortable acting since she hasn't been in front of a camera since she was 17.

"Mary-Kate said, 'It would have to be me because Ash doesn't want to do it. But the timing is so bad for us,' " Boyett said.

And while Michelle is missing from the Tanner family reunion on Fuller House, the show plays upon the twins' real-life career, explaining that Michelle is absent because she's busy running her fashion empire in New York.

"It was my idea," Stamos told reporters at the Fox All-Star Party in Pasadena, California, last month. "We were playing around with jokes, you know, it's not meant to be a diss. It's just kind of like, 'Oh!' "
