A source tells PEOPLE that "Rob and Chyna are definitely looking to tape their wedding."
That being said, they're taking their time assessing their options, according to the source.
"They are figuring out the best situation and the best deal," added the insider. "They are in no rush, and will be tough negotiators."
Kardashian, 29, popped the question to Chyna, 27, one week ago at her home in Tarzana, California – just 10 weeks after going public with their relationship.
In the days since, the happy couple hasn't been shy about celebrating the engagement, showing off their love – and the massive 7-carat sparkler! – on social media.
Kardashian's family, meanwhile, has remained silent about the news, and a source told PEOPLE Tuesday that "no one [in his family] is really hoping for a marriage to happen."
According to another insider, sister Khloé Kardashian in particular feels "betrayed" and is "furious at the lack of respect."(Her brother's engagement to Chyna – who has a long, tense history with the famous family – took place while the entire Kardashian-Jenner crew was on vacation in Vail, Colorado.)
"Khloé plans on ignoring the news. She is not going to send Rob any well wishes," said the source. "She is not happy about the engagement and is not going to pretend that she is."
