Lady Gaga delivered a powerful performance in memory of late music legend David Bowie at the Grammys on Monday – but not everyone was pleased.

Bowie's son, Duncan Jones, took to social media on Monday night to blast the singer's performance, which featured 10 of his father's most famous songs, with a cryptic tweet.

Jones posted the dictionary definition of the word "Gaga" on Twitter.

"'Overexcited or irrational, typically as a result of infatuation or excessive enthusiasm; mentally confused.' Damn it! What IS that word?!" he tweeted.

Jones issued his tweet around the same time Gaga, 29, donned a rather risqué ensemble as she celebrated the night away at Mark Ronson's afterparty at Elyx House in Los Angeles.

The pop crooner wore a cleavage-baring red gown adorned with bold and intricate beading across her chest and down her torso. She accessorized her look with a pair of red platform sandals and a white, feathery jacket she kept draped over her shoulder.

But her biggest fashion call-out to the late legend? The Ziggy Stardust-inspired bright orange hair and the star lightning bolt painted over her left eye.
