The Friends alum, 47, said the Ms. magazine co-founder, 82, has been an eye-opening teacher.

"She's taught me about feminism," she says. "There was a time when I was like, 'I'm not quite sure I understand what this is?' And she's like, 'It's very simple: it's just about equality. That's all it is.'

In addition, Lauren Hutton, Brigitte Bardot and "those kind of babes" also serve as her beauty inspirations.

The Mother's Day star also opened up about how she felt after learning she received the Most Beautiful title.

"I thought, 'Oh my god,' " Aniston says. "There was sort of a very excited, sort of teenager-y kind of moment of feeling very, very flattered."

The Mother's Day star also reveals the point in the day when she feels the most beautiful – and turns out it's nowhere near a red carpet.

"I feel really beautiful when I finish a great workout," she says.

The fit star, who has been praised for her good looks for decades, says that after years in the spotlight she has truly learned that beauty is much more than skin deep.

"Beauty has changed for me over the years: It's really learning to love every single thing about yourself," she said. "It's also realizing that it's not just sort of clothes and what's happening here [points to her face], but there's so much more that's beautiful in a human being."
