"We were in London when Andrew surprised me with a trip to the British Airways London Eye. A man whisked us into our own private capsule [and] served us champagne and truffles while we were looking out at the gorgeous views," recalls North Bethesda, Md., bride Jacqueline. "When we got to the very top, Andrew said, 'I have one more surprise for you: Will you marry me?' I started crying and said, 'YES!'"
