"When we first began dating, [Jeff] gave me a 'Birthday Book,' in which each year, we write the other person a message. I decided it would be the perfect place for me to propose [to him]," says Rachel, a San Jose, Calif., bride. "I wrote 'I never want to be without you ... Gulp ....' On the last page I had pictures of us and the words 'Jeff E. Prentice, Will You Marry Me?' We're getting married in August."
