McHottie alert! Joining the staff of the Grey's spinoff, Diggs is giving a dose of sexy in the doctor's office. But the attention on his good looks – he was one of PEOPLE's Sexiest Men Alive last year – still surprises the 36-year-old. "It's kind of funny to me," he told Good Morning America. "I never would have imagined all these things happening to me back when I was in junior high. But it's all good."
