After a stint on the short-lived series What About Brian, Watson, 33, returns to ABC this season – as Christina Applegate's boyfriend. And the former 7th Heaven star knows something about bouncing back: October will mark five years since he's been in remission with Hodgkin's disease. He told Good Morning America, "I feel better than I've ever felt in my whole life."
