Talk about an accomplishment! The 63-year-old Lisenby recently rode a bicycle across the whole United States. "While I was on the show [that was] one of my goals," says the Peoria, Ill., native of the transcontinental ride where he faced rattle snakes, rain and a few flat tires. How did he do it? "Five to six small meals a day, and avoiding carbonated drinks," he explains.
