With a slimmer body, King has developed a penchant for shopping. "Now that I can fit into regular clothes, I enjoy buying the latest styles and trends," says King, who is studying to becoming a personal trainer and nutritionist. To clear her mind and keep up her cardio, King goes on regular jogs with pals and goes to the gym five times a week. "Finding a friend to join your workouts makes them seem easier."
