The stand-up comedian (pictured with a friend), who's now a size 2, says "cardio is as second nature as brushing my teeth now." She works out at the gym six days a week, making sure to do 6-12 hours of cardio weekly. Her diet trick: "Look into veggie options," she says. "Soy or veggie products have half the calories, fat, and carbs as most meats."
